Biography
Tony worked for the State Department and was appointed as the Chief of Protocol for Bill Clinton's administration. During the G6 summit, Tony was responsible for setting up the summit and overseeing the United States' hosting of the other nations. Due to this, Tony was targeted by the Yeerk Empire. While on flight, Tony was knocked out by the Yeerks;[1] however, rather than infest him, Visser Three chose to acquire and morph into Tony in order to use the summit to infest the world leaders.[2]
