The mouse is a small rodent native to Earth that was acquired by Marco and Ax.

Acquiring

"Tobias dropped the mouse and I caught it with one hand. It squirmed and I almost dropped it. But as I began to "acquire" it, it calmed down. [...] When I was done acquiring the mouse I handed it to Ax. He had to use both hands to hold on."

In The Andalite's Gift, Marco asked Tobias to bring him a mouse so that he and Ax could use the morph to crash Darlene's pool party. When Tobias brought the mouse, Marco acquired the mouse before passing it onto Ax, who also acquired it before letting the mouse go.[1]

Usage

"In any case, we toddled off to the party, two little mice looking for a good time. Mouse senses are excellent, fortunately. Hearing is great. The sense of smell is great. The eyes are decent, but it's hard to see much when you're only an inch tall and your face is down at dirt level."

Using the mouse morph, Marco and Ax made their way to Darlene's House, where they hid as Marco eavesdropped on Darlene's conversation. After Darlene insulted him, Marco chased Darlene in his mouse morph, with Ax joining him. As mice, the two chased Darlene and her friends and were nearly killed by other guests. Unbeknownst to Marco and Ax, their morphing attracted the Veleek, who then traveled to Darlene's house. Marco and Ax made their way to Darlene's basement and managed to demorph before the Veleek destroyed Darlene's house.[1]
