Unit 0 was a covert team comprising of Gonrod-Isfall-Sonilli, Arbat-Elivat-Estoni, Aloth-Attamil-Gahar, and Estrid-Corill-Darrath, who traveled to California on Earth under the guise of assassinating Esplin 9466 and his host Alloran-Semitur-Corrass. However, their true motives were to introduce a prion virus to commit genocide against Yeerks as well as their human hosts. Aximili-Esgarrouth-Isthill briefly joined the team as a double agent, sent to spy on them on behalf of the Animorphs.
